Joe Kinder is a Senior Vice President & Manager with George K. Baum & Company’s Kansas and Missouri Public Finance groups. He is currently in his 12th year with GKB, serving as an advisor and banker. His focus is in tax-exempt general obligation, lease purchase and revenue issues supported by property tax, sales tax or user fees for Missouri school districts, cities and counties.
Mr. Kinder holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Dartmouth College and a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri, Columbia School of Law. He is a licensed attorney in both Missouri and Kansas, and is a member of several professional associations, including the Missouri Bar Association, the Kansas Bar Association and the National Association of Bond Attorneys. Mr. Kinder currently resides in the Kansas City, MO, area.
