Cody Higginbottom  

Cody is an assistant vice president on the Short Term Note and Derivatives Desk at George K. Baum and Company, assisting in all aspects of the desk's business. Cody started at the firm in late 2006 as a Trading Assistant on the Fixed Rate Desk. In this role, he focused primarily on single family housing bonds, helping trade bonds with par amounts totaling $100 million over seven months. Before joining George K. Baum & Company, Cody worked as a consultant in Washington, DC, where he modeled quantitative performance benchmark analyses for Fortune 500 US retail banks and global insurance companies. Cody graduated from Middlebury College with a BA in Chemistry.
