Al Clemmons joined George K. Baum & Company in 1998 as a senior vice president in the Albuquerque office. He has more than 30 years combined experience with New Mexico school districts and institutions of higher learning, both as a financial advisor and as a New Mexico administrator. Dr. Clemmons served as the Director of School Budget Planning in the New Mexico Office of Education where his office supervised and approved school district budgets. He has served as Project Manager for over 50 New Mexico school districts. Dr. Clemmons has completed over 300 school district financings, including over 80 in the past three years. Dr. Clemmons holds bachelor's and master's degrees in English and education from Macalester College and a doctorate's in educational administration from the University of New Mexico.
