Linda Eremita is an Executive Vice President and Manager with George K. Baum & Company, serving the Higher Education & Nonprofit Finance Group, with primary responsibility for the mid-Atlantic states and Ohio. Ms. Eremita's 31-year career is punctuated by her successful tenure as an investment banker and municipal advisor, bond rating analyst (S&P), college and university trustee, and urban planner. The majority of her career has been devoted to higher education clients where she has led a significant number of financings and is a trusted advisor to many. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from Duquesne University and a Master's Degree from Boston University. Ms. Eremita has been a speaker at many national and regional education industry conferences, as well as having authored a variety of articles in the field.

Ms. Eremita's time has also been devoted to the following professional organizations:

• Trustee for Messiah College and finance committee member
• Trustee for Saint Francis University, a member of the finance committee and chair of the committee on trustees, evaluations and nominations
• Board secretary for the Catholic Charities Free Health Center

• Former member of The Ellis School, a Pennsylvania independent school where she was chair of the audit committee
