Dustin Osborn is a Senior Vice President with George K. Baum & Company and a member of the sales team in the Firm's Capital Markets practice. Mr. Osborn joined the GKB team in 2008 and began his work covering and overseeing associated banks, asset managers, insurance companies, bond funds and individuals. He is responsible for tracking and analyzing the municipal bond market, as well as facilitating the transactional, investment and liquidity needs of GKB's customers in both the primary and secondary markets. To date, Mr. Osborn has facilitated municipal transactions of more than $600 million in par amount for GKB's investor clients. Prior to joining the Sales Desk, Mr. Osborn worked as a secondary trader for GKB. In this position, he was responsible for trading investment grade credits west of the Mississippi River. He has extensive knowledge of Colorado and Texas credits ranging from high grade general obligations to non-rated dirt bonds. He also assisted other GKB traders, dealers and the sales force team in trade execution and creating average life models for single family mortgage revenue bonds. Before joining GKB, Mr. Osborn gained his vast experience and sales knowledge while employed with Alps Fund Services and the New York Jets of the National Football League. He is a graduate of Colorado State University with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate. While attending CSU, he competed in the University's NCAA track and football programs.
