Linda Eremita is an Executive Vice President and Manager of the Higher Education & Nonprofit practice within George K. Baum & Company. Ms. Eremita’s 35-year career is punctuated by her successful tenure as an investment banker and municipal advisor, bond rating analyst (S&P), college and university trustee, and urban planner. The majority of her career has been devoted to higher education clients where she has led a significant number of financings and is a trusted advisor to many. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Duquesne University and a master’s degree from Boston University. Ms. Eremita has been a speaker at many national and regional education industry conferences, as well as having authored a variety of articles in the higher education field.

Ms. Eremita’s time has also been devoted to the following institutions:

  • Trustee for Messiah College, Chair of Enrollment Committee & member of investment sub-committee
  • Trustee for Saint Francis University, finance committee member and chair of enrollment committee
  • A.T. Still University of the Health Sciences, investment council member

  • Former member of the Dartmouth College parent’s committee
  • Former member of The Ellis School, a Pennsylvania independent school where she was chair of the audit committee
  • Former member of the planning board for the Municipality of Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania
