Gary Nowicki is a Senior Vice President with George K. Baum & Company's Higher Education & Nonprofit Finance group. Throughout his 22-year investment banking career, Mr. Nowicki has been the advisor or banker for numerous higher education bond issues, having worked with both public and private institutions. In addition to serving the higher education sector, Mr. Nowicki has also been the advisor or banker for various independent schools and 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organizations, and has been an investment banker on more than $1 billion of new issues. Mr. Nowicki is responsible for marketing, credit and debt capacity analysis, execution, documentation, and quantitative structuring of debt financings for education and not-for-profit clients. Mr. Nowicki has also been a guest speaker at higher education conferences on debt policy development.
Mr. Nowicki received a BS in Chemistry from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Science in Industrial Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University.
