Thomas Reedy is a Vice President with George K. Baum & Company, serving in the Illinois Public Finance office. Mr. Reedy has worked with a variety of Illinois municipalities, counties, school districts, college districts, park districts, library districts and sanitary districts on both taxable and tax-exempt debt financings. His responsibilities include quantitative structuring and analysis, credit analysis, assisting issuers with credit rating presentations, reviewing legal documents, and general support of senior banking activities in the Chicago office. Since Mr. Reedy joined the Firm, he has worked on issues totaling nearly $8 billion for Illinois issuers. Prior to joining GKB, Mr. Reedy was a trader of agricultural commodity, interest rate and equity index futures at the Chicago Board of Trade.
Mr. Reedy holds BS Degrees in Finance-Real Estate and Entrepreneurship from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
