Todd Burrus is a Vice President with George K. Baum & Company. His focus is on tax-exempt general obligation, lease purchase and revenue issues supported by property tax, sales tax or user fees for Kansas and Missouri school districts, cities and counties. He holds a Bachelor in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Economics from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, MO, and a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Missouri, Kansas City.
Mr. Burrus' previous experience includes three years as an administrator of bond issue accounts and corporate escrows, as well as three years as an analyst with a leading public finance law firm, performing rebate calculations on tax-exempt bond issues and various verification calculations on new bond issues to assist the Firm's bond counsel and tax attorneys. He currently resides in the Kansas City Metropolitan area.
