Joe Kinder is a First Vice President with George K. Baum & Company's Kansas/Missouri Public Finance Group. He is currently in his tenth year with the Firm, serving as an advisor and banker. His focus is in tax-exempt general obligation, lease purchase and revenue issues supported by property tax, sales tax or user fees for Missouri school districts, cities and counties. Mr. Kinder holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Dartmouth College and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri, Columbia School of Law. He is a licensed attorney in both Missouri and Kansas, and he is also a member of several professional associations, including the American Bar Association (ABA), the Missouri Bar Association, the Kansas Bar Association, the ABA Section of State and Local Government Law and the National Association of Bond Attorneys. Mr. Kinder currently resides in the Kansas City, MO, area.
