Paul Hanley

Paul Hanley has more than 20 years of marketing communications, public policy, public affairs and campaign experience. He has been involved with hundreds of successful tax-related referenda during his career, providing public policy and campaign guidance to cities, counties, school districts, recreation districts, fire districts, library districts and other public entities throughout the nation.
Mr. Hanley coordinates a team of marketing, communications, public affairs, polling and campaign professionals who are involved in issue framing, messaging, direct mail, budgets, timelines, voter identification, earned media and other public policy- and campaign-related services. He also works closely with the firm’s public finance bankers and corporate communications team in developing and executing successful public policy and campaign strategies on behalf of the firm’s clients and their respective political action and political issue committees.
Mr. Hanley holds an M.S. from the University of Colorado and undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan. He is a frequent speaker at local and state conferences.
